“I can’t thank our Course director Dr Yuvarajan Palanisamy Sir enough for guiding me through this entire course duration of One year. Not only is he a meticulous surgeon, but he is also an excellent clinician. I learned more from him than any of my mentors from my Post-graduation days. After adapting to this program in the initial days, I could see the potential of this great opportunity. I was trained in the surgical skills of Arthroplasty and also sharpened my clinical skills of approaching a patient, professional skills, communication skills, and most importantly, the holistic care of a patient.

Under Dr Yuvarajan’s guidance, motivation and constant support, I won the prestigious Dr Suryanarayan Gold medal for Arthroplasty in TNOACON 2023. It will always be one of my greatest achievements. Though I have seen many talented professionals in my field, I have never met someone as kind and friendly as him.

I would like to thank our dynamic Dr. David Rajan Sir for showing all of us Fellows the dedication towards his patients and making us realize that age is just a number. More than an Orthopaedic speciality centre, he is a founder of this ‘System’. Thanks to all the Consultants for all their inputs.

Thus, to conclude, I am a proud former Fellow of Ortho-one and I will make my Course director proud as his mentee. Though I’ll stay in touch frequently, I will miss seeing and going to Ortho-one every day.”
